Section 1 - PE, school sport or physical activity delivery sessions.
1. Invoicing is carried out at the start of each half term to the dates agreed and is on 20 day payment terms.
2. For all contracts over £500 (ex VAT) we will provide a Session calendar. Once this is agreed (by email) school will be invoiced for all the sessions on the SLA calendar, even if they are cancelled by the school.
3. Prices are calculated per hour and are rounded up to the hour.
4. In the case of individual session cancellations or alterations to this schedule the client MUST give at least three days notification by sending an email to admin@pepartner.co.uk - cancelled sessions will be invoiced in full. Any changes to this schedule must be confirmed by email with the PE Partner office and NOT with the PE Partner coach on site. Verbal alterations WILL NOT be accepted.
4. All commercial information will remain confidentially between PE Partner directors and the client. Timetabling arrangements, additional sessions, etc. MUST NOT be discussed with PE Partner Coaches.
5. If a school recruits a PE Partner coach onto its staff on a casual, part time or full time basis, PE Partner will receive 20% of the 1st year salary as compensation as a one off payment within the first month of employment. This is in recognition of the investment in time and training PE Partner makes in all of our coaches.
7. All PE Partner Coaches are be recruited in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and will hold appropriate qualifications and current enhanced DBS checks with PE Partner.
8. PE Partner will work hard to maintain high standards of delivery through constant evaluation of the curriculum and lesson delivery and all PE Partner coaches are subject to spot checks, appraisals and disciplinary action in the event of misconduct or deviation from PE Partner policy. In the event that a school has a concern about any element of the service being offered this should be brought to the attention of a PE Partner director immediately.
9. PE Partner reserves the right to send substitute coaches should the need arise. Any substitute coach will also hold appropriate qualifications and current and clear DBS checks.
10. In the event of extreme weather: If your school is open all reasonable efforts will be made to provide coaches as per your Service Level Agreement. If we are unable to provide coaches, we will notify you as soon as possible and will not charge you for the services you have missed. If your school is listed as closed on your local authority website 1 hour before the coaches are due to start we will inform coaches not to come to school. If your school is listed as closed due to the weather before 8am we will charge you 100% of the normal day rate and 50% for day 2 and day 3 and if after this you are still closed there will be no charge. If you decide to close school during the day when our coaches are there, school will be charged for the full day as normal.
11.Any safeguarding concerns should be immediately raised with PE Partner's designated child protection officer in line with PE Partners safeguarding process.
12. In the event that a client wishes to cancel the agreement and all points of the service level agreement have been delivered appropriately by PE Partner, the client will give notice of no less than one term and this must be given in writing to admin@pepartner.co.uk.
13. Unless informed in writing of a cancellation of the service, the Service Level Agreement which is in place between the client and PE Partner will be on a rolling basis.
