If this is the first time you have worked with us, please email our partner support team at info@pepartner.co.uk for all our up to date policies and supporting documents. This is worth bookmarking so that the information you hold for us is always up to date.

All commercial information will remain confidential between PE Partner directors and the client. Timetabling arrangements, additional sessions, etc. MUST NOT be discussed with PE Partner Coaches.
All PE Partner Coaches are be recruited in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and will hold appropriate qualifications and current enhanced DBS checks with PE Partner.
PE Partner will work hard to maintain high standards of delivery through constant evaluation of the curriculum and lesson delivery and all PE Partner coaches are subject to spot checks, appraisals and disciplinary action in the event of misconduct or deviation from PE Partner policy. In the event that a school has a concern about any element of the service being offered this should be brought to the attention of a PE Partner director immediately.
PE Partner reserves the right to send substitute coaches should the need arise. Any substitute coach will also hold appropriate qualifications and current and clear DBS checks.
Any safeguarding concerns should be immediately raised with PE Partner's designated safeguarding lead in line with PE Partners safeguarding process.
