THE BEAT ACTIVITY CENTRE IN NORTH LEEDS

Monday 10am - Stay Active Seniors

We've created this Monday morning session for people over 65 to start the week with a boost - Come join this relaxed social group and excercise at your own pace with lots of sports and fitness options with our supportive coach.

Monday 5-9pm - Superstar Ballers

Come and join our Futsal/Indoor football groups in the sports hall to develop fundamental movement skills, great in game decision making and fast feet.

Wednesday 10am - Home educators

We've created this Wednesday morning session for primary aged children who are home educated. Physical education is best experienced in a social peer group and sometimes in a compeitive situation. Small group PE, taught through an adapted version of our SPIRALPE curriculum, helps children develop lots of soft skills such as team work and collaborative problem solving. click for more

Wednesday 5-9pm - Dance classes

Come and join our fabulous street dance clubs and learn moves and routines!

Thursday 10am - Parents and tots

This is a lovely, relaxed session in which the little ones can explore lots of different fundamental movements. From climbing; running; skipping; catching; throwing; balancng; there will be lots of different things to try through play each week.

Thursday 5-9pm - Indoor Cricket

Come and join our Indoor cricket groups in the sports hall to develop fundamental movement skills, great in game decision making and practice your cricket skills.

Friday 5-9pm - SEND PE session

This session is designed to give children the opportunity to explore and try different sports and activities in a relaxed, supportive space. This is a parent and child activity which will be led by our coaches, but will be developed by everyone involved.50 minute sessions for 4 different age groups. Booking is easy and available online. Everyone can try a session for FREE, with flexible payment options after that. Just £8 pay-as-you-go or £30 per month by Direct Debit. (discounts available for siblings or multiple classes each week).
