Operations manager - that means that it’s her role to make sure all the t’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted for us for all of our activities for children and families.
The first point of contact for people who want to book on to any of the activities we offer. She handles bookings and provides brilliant customer support.

Is Team manager, so he’s responsible for ensuring we recruit the right team members and support them to do a great job for our customers.
Works closely with Kavan to support all the team members in their delivery. She looks after qualifications, safeguarding and recruitment and vetting processes.
Having been a PE Partner coach, Josh now also looks after the growing ECO Partner, with specialises in Environmental and outdoor and adventurous education services. For all things forest school or nature connected, speak to Josh.

Works on special projects with Nick - we’re really ambitious and have big plans, so Tina carries out research, speaks to lots of people and generally investigates feasibility for us. Tina also looks after our SPIRALPE partner schools.

We also have a large coaching team working in schools and community settings that we are very proud of. We are keen to give people the opportunities to progress with us and believe very much in the apprenticeship pathway - we’ve successfully had 9 apprentices and 6 of them still work for us now.
